very close. Its for torquing down the barrel nut with out warping the upper receiver.

Or an eazy-out for a broken bolt. I have a set and they work surprisingly well.

I have set of those same ones one side is a bore to taper the head for the easy out side all my bolt easy outs have a longer taper to them with out the bore side ... but some of my tools are older
