I know how much everyone loves the mud, especially Desert Rats, but with the late snowstorms and the following spring temps, that’s what we have- plenty of mud!- at least in my part of the world, we do.
I know we also have guys who live in those odd states where water only falls from the sky while it’s still wet. Plenty of mud there, I bet.
Besides, the mud will take our minds off all this endless snow.
Here’s mine, out by Chimney Rock Pass. Weak, I know, but it’s a start and as the snow continues to melt, there will be more.
I would have had a few action shots, but SWAMBO wasn’t gonna get out of Jeep and stand close to the mud puddles with a camera as I splashed through!
I did make a run through a larger puddle, but it was much deeper and slicker than I anticipated (water came up into the footwells), so I figured I’d better quit while I was ahead.
So, show us your mud!
