Saw 'Sing 2' tonight in the theater. The kids wanted to see it. I never even saw the first one. But it was pretty good. More geared for kids but still a decent family movie.

My kid loves Sing. Unfortunately our local theaters went full blown 1930’s Germany with enforcing covid edicts and I refuse to support them. Will have to wait till it’s on video.

Sadly HBO will take over on this one. Still fuck Rona laws… working in the hospital and dealing with covid on a daily basis… gov needs to quit. Let’s go back to the good life…

Not a movie but more of a mini series, Chernobyl was not only a extremely accurate account of what happened but you couldn't right a more suspenseful story then what actually happened. I think it can be found on HBO.

13 hours is definitely one of my faves...

I also enjoyed Dune quite a bit. Unusual to see a really well acted sci-fi movie.

Lol... Daniel Day Lewis can't string a complete sentence together in interviews but damned if he isn't one of the finest actors who has ever lived.

Bill the Butcher (Gangs of NY) lives in my mind as maybe the scariest villain I have ever seen in a movie. I heard Lewis stayed in character on set and freaked out the cast in a big way.

If you haven't watched 'the last castle' it fits into that genre and is a pretty good movie.
