Moab thanksgiving

Anyone out in Moab right now?
Planning on going out on Thursday. Haven't picked a trail yet since it's been raining all day today I kinda want to see if it dries out a bit before going out solo on the wet slick rock.

It will dry out pretty good by then, but there will still likely be mud lingering in areas and, possibly snow on the higher up trails.
 
Sounds like the wife is down to run steel bender tomorrow so if anyone is out that way I'll be the guy in the green 2dr JK. Gonna run north to south, hit the loop first then exit by kens lake

That spot has always kept this trail from making my list, but I do want to check it out some time. Glad you had a good time out there.

Welp it remains on my list now i wanna do it. Just being solo and first time going down I didn't feel like it was worth it. I'm sure my rig would make it down but to be safe I'd rather have someone holding the back down the first time I do it.

I feel pretty comfortable in my rig on almost every 7/10 rated trail but as soon as I hit an 8 man i just can't make it.
