What's really crazy, making a drive from Carson City to Boulder City, an almost 500 mile drive... we literally average about 17-18 mpg in our 392

But electric cars get infinite miles per gallon!

My 2.0 turbo gets between 16 and 25 on highway trips (depending on wind and elevation). Mileage is always best at higher elevation.

We use premium. More expensive for sure but fortunately, we don't have to fill up as much.

I would run premium too. My work truck has the same engine and pings when I get on it hard. But we are forced to fill it with the low bid cheapest on earth gas available. lol

LOL - I was afraid that would be the case. Glad you've been able to testing things out on your work truck
