Mike - did you check your Evo coilover shock nitrogen pressures when you installed? Just checked and all 4 of mine delivered low on nitrogen (having to pay to fill them up proper).

Also, did you have to change rear spring rates? I'm coil bound on the rear passenger side (and nearly on the driver's side). I know you're running a spare like I do (heavy ass ) - How's your preload set on the rear w the 40"s?

My pressure was fine when shipped to me. No sagging yet. I have about 1/2"+ preload in the rear.

After putting 40"s on, I had some major rubbing in the rear. Fixed that issue last week.

We took off enough to make it flush with my sliders.



Here's a shot of the front trimming. We took about 2 inches off. Used some older jeep body sheet metal to weld over top of the opening. Then hit it with rhino Bedliner.





Also decided to hit the inside of the wheel well with rhino liner to have it all match up.

Got the custom ram skid plate welded on today. Only takes up about 1" of ground clearance.
