Has anyone ever replaced this part, 52109622AC on their 42RLE equipped Jk? I know a lot of people have replaced the plastic bushing on the end of the shifter cable, but in this situation with my daughter's jeep, the lever itself is rusted. I'm wondering if I can get to this by removing the center console, or do I have to drop the trans a bit, or all the way.

it's a tight fit but on my 2010 JKU I felt like it could be replaced without dropping the transmission.

That's definitely the part, but how did you get this pic? That's from the top down. I am assuming that at the very least the front driveshaft has to come out, otherwise I don't see how I'm going to be able to fit my hands in there. That pinch bolt is on top.
