Hey all I finally found a set of door for my jeep for a great price and I've wanted half doors forever so I made a set. It's been alot of work but so for they have turned out looking good. Just a little touch up and then off to paint this week. Got about 30 hours in them but I'm not a body guy

How do you open them? Handle inside?
Yeah going to use the stock inside handle just relocated lower on the panel, ill post pics when I get the insides done

Dude this is quite gangster. Did you layout your lines with the full doors on the Jeep? Those little circles look like added material bent on the brake. Did you bend any portion of the original doors or just cut and weld?
Relocated the inside handle and cut out the trim panel, and they work perfect

Once I cut the upper frames off I layer out my bend lines. To get the skin to bend where I wanted I made a series of cuts, bent the skin over then leaded the cuts up. Welded in some angle iron inside for support. For the handle pockets I cut circles and put the bends in then welded them over the pockets
