Lux Lighting Junction Box Mounting

For those who have installed the lux lights with the Aux Switch Junction box, how did you go about mounting the junction box? If you can, please share a photo!

Do you mean the pro installer box? If so I installed one on a diesel JLU this week (had tons of other light wires in the engine bay already) and I went to the fuse block lid cover.

Yes, the pro-installer box. Did you use the wd-40 trick to sneak the wire cover/insulator into the box?

I attached it to a panel below the glovebox behind a small panel on my most recent instal and haven't had any issues. My first LUX control box didn't fair well from the heat of the engine bay.

Same goes for the LUX lights. They don't do well attached to the frame around the engine area. They get cloudy and magnets come off.

Nope, they slid in easily without it

I’m not home for a picture, but I installed the pro box on the side of the battery bay (JK).
