Looking for tough frame mounted sliders.

Anyone have some tested and stout frame mounted sliders? I've been eyeing LOD and Artec for my JLU but not sure which one is the strongest or if there are better options. Originally I planned body mount but I can't bring myself to drill into the body on the brand new rig.
 
I've run the LOD tube style guards and they worked well. However, I've seen their formed ones not do as good. Although I haven't seen them in action, it'd be hard for me to say that the Artec ones would do much better.

+1 on the LOD tube sliders. Signature Series. I beat the tar out of mine and they are still in good shape. Only problem down the road is if you go long arm, the sliders wont fit.
 
Thanks all. Welcome to other suggestions but the LOD is def at the top of the list right now. Have their bumper/carrier and it's a beast.

LOL - unfortunately, I'm being somewhat facetious. They're probably the best you can buy but EVO just can't get themselves to sell them. The running joke is that it'll be another 3 weeks.
 
I'm running the LOD Signature Series on my JK. they're nice and pretty heavy duty, though I have managed to put dent in them. 🤔
 
I had the LOD destroyers and destroyed them and my rocker panels... The Signature series ones seem far tougher and more effective.

I was not happy with their powder coat either, if it got scratched anywhere it would start to peel and flake off in large pieces. I would highly recommend painting them yourself.

I have the Poison Spyder frame mounted sliders. Beat the shit outta them and they've held up well. Not sure if they make them for the JL, but they probably do.
 
I just threw a set of the LOD Signatures on my JL. Very stout and good looking to boot. They'll be getting tested shortly.....
