Okay - over at WARN and the big news is that they redesigned their VR series winches to be more like their Zeon's, they now come with a 7 year warranty and they're also cheaper than the previous line.

Yes. I was told that unlike other brands that just buy the minimum quantity and have a label put on it, they have a proprietary manufacture that makes their winches. This is also why they upped their warranty and lowered the price. Still not one of their premium winches that are made in the USA though.
