We did a run outta town to Boggs & Boulders offroad park in Andulsia, AL. It was our clubs Two Year Anniversary.

A few of us went up early Friday. All loaded up.

Here's a few updates on my jeep


Swapped in Blue LED dash bulbs.


White rocklights

built a new switch panel.


New G2 diff covers front and rear, new iron rock offroad OTK steering.

Also just orders a long arm upgrade kit for it. It'll be here Wednesday.

oh I also sold my old top and went with a new frameless top. I like it much better.

I'm hoping to plan a trip to Alabama in April or May. Have not decided where to go yet maybe stony lonesome. Not sure. It will be my first trip to a park.

I've been busy with a ton stuff. But did manage to get on the trails. Drove 250miles to Morris Mountain ORV in Delta Alabama last Sunday. Great park.

Well I haven't updated in a little while. a few things to report.

I broke my rear locker in my Dana 35. Go figure. So I'm building and 8.8.

I ordered a lot of parts.

Ballistic fab brackets
ECGS brake line kit
G2 aluminum diff cover
4.56 gears set from quick performance
Master rebuild kit from quick performance
Detroit locker from a buddy
All new brakes, rotors, calipers, etc.

A friend gave me the 8.8 housing and shafts.

At the same time while the axles is being built I'm installing my long arm upgrade.

It looks like your Super 35 held up well. I'm trying to decide whether to go that route now (with 4.56 gears and a Detroit locker) or save up for the G2 DANA 44 (may be 6-9 months to get there because we are adopting a child).

I've looked at the junk yards etc and it would be cheaper for me to go the G2 DANA 44 route than the 8.8 route (after welding fees, etc).

I have been looking a lot into a super 35 kit, since superior is no longer around. I am finding a lot of people are having good results with it. I never plan on going larger then 33s for now lol, so it should be plenty strong
