Light bar whistle????

Anyone know how to stop that annoying light bar whistle from over the wind Sheild, do they sell parts of anything?

I've heard of people using sticky back weatherstripping to cover the top venting louvres and that helping quite a bit, the rest of my jeep is too loud to notice anything so I ignore it.

Black weather stripping on the bottom 4 fins. It stops the air from hitting it and then hitting the top of the Jeep, which makes the whistle sound. You can get like 25 feet of stripping for like $10, which is more than enough

Yup it works just did it to mine the other day made a big difference. It's like $12 for 18 feet. I did the bottom four fins and no noise.

You can use the trim or adjust the angle of the bar. I did both

Good info. Just had a friend that bought a light bar take his light bar back off because off the noise.

That stuff works like a charm the whistle was really intolerable but after I put the door trim no whistle bam bam lol

I just used little pieces of mud flap rubber off of a water truck. Found it along the road. Spaced them through out all the fins. No issues and was free.
