You could probably do that but this is actually made for pliers. Found it on the tool truck one day. It came in about a 3' section. Just cut to fit.

Haha good to know, I just picked up a great compressor for $40. Thought I’d add a few more air tools to my collection.

Do you hate your ears?
Air ratchets are the loudest POS, for the amount of work they do. I hate them.
Plus, dragging air hose everywhere, can only use them at home where the compressor is.
Other than one inch impacts, I'm never buying an air tool again, now that the battery tools are as good as they have become. Plus they are portable, fit in the Jeep or whatever you drive.

I use air tools all the time for work. While they can have a bit more power than some cordless stuff they end up being bulkier and harder to fit in some spots due to the air line. Go with cordless Milwaukee tools instead of air. Use air for higher torque bolts and cordless for everything else

To expand that thought, I'm betting that you use air tools at work because when you started that was really the only option, as the early battery options sucked.
If you were starting from scratch now, how many air tools would you get?

My main air tools are my 1/2 impact and 3/4 impact for when I work on medium duty trucks. Also have an air hammer, grinder, and cut off wheel. That is all I would prob buy again. I have already traded in most of my other air tools and have been buying Milwaukee tools to replace them.

Agreed, cheap ones from harbor freight work great. Most of my tools came in the holders tho so I use them. I’m basically out of room tho so the holders will be next

The same ones from harbor freight you can get on the snap on/matco/Mac tool trucks for double the price. Harbor freight is the way to go
