Ldogg's 2door Rubicon build

Your jeep looks awesome Ldog! Thanks for posting ur build can't wait to see it grow, you gave me some great ideas let us know what you decide to do with that back bumper I'm trying to make the same decision our rigs look a lot alike sweeeeet!

Right now I am leaning towards the rock brawler and or fab carrier but haven't pulled the trigger yet.

I did get some new goodies today. Rugged ridge hood latches, ARB tree saver and recovery bag, and a rigid cover for my 10" up front. I put the hard top back on this week too as it's going to snow here tonight. I also found some cool rock light LED's from Olympus offroad here in Colorado, and I should have a pair at home I hope. They were $28 bucks and have 3 LED's in the block. I plan on hooking them up this weekend to the passenger eject switch.

Those switch covers came from OTRATTW.com, look them up on Facebook as they have newer releases there. They are just covers for the contura switches. They were 5 bux and a laser etched. I like them a lot, and they have a ton of options, including side written ones for the a pillar gauge guys.

They should and can be adjusted. I drove through a couple windy days last week and a 30mph head wind at 60 is a little scary. :) I think they will pop pretty nice with the white. This black grill inserts do for sure. very subtile.

Olympus offroad LED's. They are $28 a pair, and look pretty bright. Hope to wire them up this week.

Need to get some wire to run those LED's as they only come with about 2'. I was able to get my hood latches installed tonight though.

Rock lights installed. I will get some night pics later. Not sure if this is the final location, so we will see what they look like in the dark.

Night pics. I think that spot should be good. I have another pair I can add for more light but I am thinking about saving them for the rear wheels.

Ordered some MOLLE panels today from Raingler. Should be in later in the week I hope. I am debating about swapping out my tailgate bags for a trail table or a MOLLE panel as well, or waiting for trek armor to come out with the airbag seat covers.

These attach to the doors.

Panels showed up. I also ordered the tailgate panel to replace the bestop tailgate organizer. I broke all the snap clips in the bags, which I ordered replacements from amazon for, but decided to go molle instead.

I am definitely picking up some of those. Did you just remove switch covers from the actual switches that came with your SPOD? I was wondering if I could do the same with my a pillar. The switches look almost identical.

Yeah they were the standard Contura V switches that came with the spod. There is a tool that allows you to pop the covers off, and then you can pop new ones on. They have tons of covers on their site and switches as well. They don't list the JK ones I have on their site, I contacted them when I saw them on their Facebook page. I have seen them laser etch switch covers long ways so that it matches an a pillar panel, so you may want to contact them and see what they can do for you.
