I'm looking for creative and functional ideas for protecting the bed of my Jeep Gladiator JT. Whether it's for preventing scratches, enhancing durability, or adding unique utility features, I’m open to all suggestions. I'm especially interested in:

- Durable bed liners (spray-on, drop-in, or custom solutions)
- DIY protective options
- Modular systems for storage or gear organization
- Accessories to safeguard the tailgate and sidewalls

Please share your recommendations, personal experiences, or any products you've found effective. Pictures would be great!

Thanks in advance!

I had a dropped in liner in a pickup I had, if you don't keep stuff in the bed all the time, the wind will get under it and cause it to rub the metal. I would have one sprayed in

I had Line-X in my blue JT. The only problem I had with it was the guy didn't do it right the first time and it ripped. But the did pull it out and redo it, didn't have any more problems with it

I’m a fan of the spray in liners.
I don’t think I can have another pickup without a tonneau cover again. Not that the one I had was anything great but it made a world of difference keeping the bed tidy. The bed rail system or whatever it’s called is another feature I wouldn’t live without. It’s super convenient and I used it all the time. Also 90% of the time mine had a 2x6 riding in the slot in the back. Makes for small hardware store runs or groceries a breeze, not worrying about a box or bag sliding all the way to the cab.

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to thank you all for the great recommendations. After researching further and seeing your feedback, it seems like Line-X is the perfect solution for durability and functionality. I really appreciate the helpful advice and insights!

Looking forward to getting it done soon and putting it to the test. I’ll be sure to share how it turns out!

I like the tonneau cover idea as well. I'll be looking into that soon. I read that dust and dirt getting under the cover from the tailgate area is a big issue. What are your thoughts?

Thanks again!

Line-X is great, make sure they allow enough clearance on the water escape slots in the front of the bed, mine were pretty much plugged but the line-x was thick enough I could trim it for more clearance and allow the water to drain faster.

I know a place that can really put it to the test. Short three day drive.

Me personally, I'm not really a fan of tonneau covers. For me, the whole point of having a pickup is to use the bed for carrying stuff and with ease. If you're needing your bed to be used as a glorified trunk, I would look into a cap as it would give you a lot more room.
