I had a similar flaring tool for building repair bench air lines a long time ago
 
It’s looking like the Omix distributor is shot, it’s getting power but no spark, these have a 5 year warranty, so hopefully they cover it.

check out this old ballast resistor.
Lovely weather in California. Hot this morning, and snow tonight…

It’s great that omix warrantied this part, but it’s $150 ish bucks. Crazy money for what it is. I kinda want to buy a back up.

anyways it fired right up and is back to running like a sewing machine.

Shit you already talked yourself into it. Buy it you know you want it. Will save you the cost in 30 years and the anxiety lol 😂
