JL Steering Box

I kind of remember going through this on my JK… I was convinced my draglink was bent, bought a new one and it looked the same… your steering wheel probably rotated out of center because the threads jumped at the coupler. Happened every time I got off a hard trail… switched to a Synergy Drag Link and the problem went away.

Have to straighten the damn thing after every harder trail run. Synergy is what I'm going with too.
 
I noticed this (circled in red) from the 1st set of pics posted, it's clean and IMO, indicates that rivet was moved, possibly from the inside or bent.

Have you adjusted out the tie rod to look for signs of skipped threads, it looks like it has room to adjust out, also check for skipped threads.
