JL / JT Experience 2019 Mega Thread

Since we were in the area, we had to take a little detour to the birthplace of our Gladiator.

Ahhh! You guys were an hour from my house and I’m down in Tennessee!

So cool you swung thru there, it was pitch black when we rolled past at 5 this morning heading south.

What is your mpg in your JK6 and brute?

You should ask how many GPM instead.

I get about 12 with the LS on a good day, but have plans to lower that.[emoji16]

It varies greatly with speed, terrain and wind...surprisingly I can get around 14 mpg with the JK6 by only going 60 mph on a flat highway with no headwind...but going 75 into a 20 knot headwind and add some hills, and I’m in the single digit range. Brute actually gets worse mileage at 60 mph (it’s a thousand pounds heavier), but at 75 mph I’m getting about 11 mpg

I should probably install a mpd gauge...mile per dollar

When you actually drive your Jeep almost 3,000 miles across the country to wheel it, it helps to have a suspension system that’ll get you there in comfort [emoji1303]

Happy you guys made the treck safely. Hope you have a great wheeling adventure. I know you two will bring is along for the amazing journey that is to follow.
