Power tap with exact fit hole. I did this by heating a nail then burning the hole and immediately threading the wire through before it cooled creating a perfect seal without silicone.

Running the wire through the firewall to the fuse box

Running the wires through the firewall with a second fuse to create a false sense of extra security and to add an extra fail point :cheesy: Then into the pillar to the CB

First side drilled out.

Sounds like you are going to have a sick ride when your done. Doing it right the first time! Can't wait to see it when it's done.

Thanks! The rock skins take a stupid amount of time depending on what tool you have. YOU MUST BUY THE NICEST NUTSERT TOOL or spend 7+ hours making nutsert tools or snapping hardened bolts trying to get the nutserts to crimp. I tack welded then temporarily then used this tool-http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00II492P4/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 dont cheap out and try it without a tool or a cheap tool they will brake with the zinc coated steal nutserts. Now that I have the tool I will be adding nutserts to everything!

I ran out of free time(the EVO lift was going to take a month or two of weekends) and got the EVO lift professionally installed. I was a great choice since it took the shop a full 40 hour week to finish! Luckily they only charged for 18 hours!

I also had a set of Teraflex disconnects put in.

First trip Offroad at Rocky Mountain Terrain Park! The jeep did great but I noticed that on the way there and back the steering was a bit sloppy and I am going to have to bring it back and have it aligned and re-torqued :grayno:

That is probably the best bet. Free fender mod and probably easier. How much did you take off?

I cut mine flat. Just above the rolled edge. Some peeps keep a small lip on the edge. You can check my build thread for some more pictures.
