JK auto gearbox

I have the 2012 JK Rubicon. The auto gears doesn't want to shift. It is stuck in 1st or 2nd. It also doesn't shift manually. The reverse does work.
This happened after I drove through mud. I replaced the rear wheel speed sensors and cleaned up everything, or the majority of it.
I don't think this is a rare case, but I need some advice on where to start looking to solve this.

check the shifting linkage under the Jeep, they use a plastic bushing that's prone to failure.

and stay out of the mud, it's a Jeep, not a hog lol

Good place to start and definitely if you went through deep, thick mud.
