It is interesting to see. I am in a muscle building phase as he put it, so I average around 250-300g of protein a day. I weight 245ish right now. I eat tons of meat and chicken and tons of carbs. Just buy what I know my body needs and don’t really think to much about the cost. Might have to do the cost per gram breakdown of my powder now for shits and gigglesInteresting to see the price breakdown per gram of protein powder vs whole foods.
