Jeep Wave Counter

Spent some time in Orange County last week (the OC) and was pretty disappointed by the low wave return. Even the modded Jeeps were apparently too pretentious to wave back. Oh well I'll keep waving.

Yeah well, you know those California posers... Haha. On a more serious note, and maybe GCM can attest to this too, but phoenix is FULL of lifted full size trucks with big rims... So count your blessings...

i always wave and rarely get one back, shoot i am new to owning a jeep and i know about the wave :thinking:

I've started doing the two handed wave. Thumbs wrapped around the steering wheel and fingers in the air. Been pretty affective!
 
Lol I catch myself doing that too forgetting I'm not in my Jeep. Don't know what area you work but sometimes they only wave with one finger .:)
 
My wife has gotten to where she is waving from the passenger seat and if they don't wave back she says a**hole.
 
My daughter called me yesterday just to tell me she finally got a jeep wave back. She really loves her TJ.
 
Been doing well on Jeep waves this week. Wonder if it's cause my top was off? Only 1 non wave this week. Woman with Utah plates driving a huge yellow JKUR with all the mods you could want... Talking on her phone! Geez
 
I've had my Jeep for about 3 weeks now and I'd say I've gotten 3 or 4 waves. Seen about a dozen Jeeps though so my ratio is crap :doh: People in my area just aren't into the Jeep waya life :gaah:
 
That's so funny. Where I live, everyone with a jeep waves to me. I feel bad if I didn't see them and miss a wave. Lol

lol for most part when I see another Jeep I just kinda stare waiting to see if they are even realizing that another Jeep is passing, which most of time they dont, and, in fear of not throwing a reply wave, I just wave and no one even realizes...... :doh:

Glad to see I'm not the only one to do this. I did get4 out of 5 today
