Had the same issue on my white JK years ago.
Turned out foam seals were worn out.
Get them replaced and you should be ok
This is the kit you’ll need and it is cheap.

I did the foam seals with no success. I even have it drip right over the radio if it sits with some passenger lean during a rain. I know the foam seals have helped people so it's definitely worth a shot for no more than they cost. Mine seems to be an issue where the door seals to the body. I've also read where some say the gasket where the panels seals to the rest of the top needs replacing. It leaks and runs down straight into the floorboard.
