Jeep gladiator JT 2021 clunk on deceleration near stop

I'd be suspicious of control arms. If they've been removed/replaced/loosened they may not have be torqued back down where they need to be. If you think about it; when braking, the axle is pulling forward on the upper control arms and at the same time pushing backwards on the lower control arms. As you come to a stop the pull lessens and the control arms settle back to normal locations (even if it's a 1/16th of an inch in movement) it's enough to make a clunking noise.

Couldn't really tell from the vid but I agree with the fact that it would be beneficial to tighten both the driveshaft bolts and check the control arms. This should solve the mystery noise your hearing.
