Jeep Comanche Mini Truck - SEMA 2024

Honestly, I have no idea who this Jeep Comanche is here at SEMA for. Could be American Racing wheels, could be Continental Tires but whatever the case and whoever did the work on it, they did a pretty good job of making it into a nice 1980's mini-truck.

LOL - so, I just heard from the guy who owns this Comanche and it turns out that it's an orginal Street Comanche. In fact, it's #12 of 100 ever made. He recreated the bodykit in cad design and made them!

"The 'Street Comanche' was a dealer promotion item in California. Archer Brothers Racing made a body kit for the trucks, and all trucks were equipped the same…Red on Black, 2wd base model with the 4.0 inline six and a 5-spd peugot trans."

That makes me feel a little better. Still looks like Jesse from Fast and Furious built it.
 
I'd take a bone stock Jeep Comanchee Eliminator over that every day of the week. Love those trucks but not a fan of of this one. That said it is certainly unique.
