Jeep Beach 2015

Just Registered! Driving down from Pittsburgh! Anyone else around the area going?

I will be there with the North Florida Jeep Group (NFJG). One of the fun part of this Jeep Beach is the Guinness world record attempt. I think for the most jeep in a parade, and we will be on the Dayton Speedway track. Will see yell there.

Besides driving on the beach or the infield what other activities are there?

They set up a decent obstacle course in the infield, vendors all set up their displays and sell products, limited food choices as they have to use the track provided vendors, so mostly hot dogs and similar choices. Raffle with a ton prizes too.

They have a complete schedule of events from Meet and Greets to scavenger hunts and after hours parties. We went a couple of years before moving to Texas. We went for the vendor section where we picked up some great deals. The obstacle course is good but the line to do the advanced course is long and some who think they can but cannot.

The best way to explain the events is hurry up and wait in line. Best time was last year when I met up with a lot of the Florida Wayalifer's and we just hung out.

Where is a good location to get a hotel? Somewhere near all the events and clubs?

Anywhere you can find along Daytona Beach Shores beaches now.. the previous years the main event stuff happened at the Shores resort and spa, but you'll find that people will be scattered all over the beach hotels. No shortage of jeeps out that weekend.

It is OFFICIAL! Jeep Beach 2015 set the World Record for Largest Parade of Jeeps. 1846 was the official total!

I was a bit disappointed with the course this year though.

Nope you go to mysharpshooterphotos.com then put dtjeepbeach2015 in the search thing. Have fun scrolling lol it was worse for me cause I was one of the first jeeps
