So, here at SEMA, they have a thing called The Loop and it's essentially a tunnel and transportation system developed by Elon Musk's Boring company and run by them. One one of our rides through it, a Chinese gal (and I mean, from China with broken English) started talking to the driver, a young white guy probably in his 20's and asked him about working for Tesla and in the conversation, the guy was saying how about half the drivers quit their jobs on Wednesday. You know, because of Trump winning the election and Musk's support of him. He was saying that it was good for him because a lot of shifts opened up for him and that meant more work. She then asked why he didn't quit and he told her, well, because he liked and voted for Trump. She literally looked dumbfounded and that pretty much ended the conversation. I don't know why but the whole exchange was really satisfying to hear
