it's a GREAT morning indeed

Treason or nah?

Much of it is Deepstaters worried about ‘accepted norms’. In other words this is the way we have always done it and who are you Mr President to tell us other wise.

I used to quiz my fellow Team members on the Constitution, if you’re going to swear an oath to it you had better have knowledge of it. It’s pretty simple, if the order is legal under the Constitution you must obey it. If it’s not you are duty bound to refuse however there is a procedure that must be followed, you cannot be a sneaky disloyal fuck like Miley and Vindman and go behind your CDR’s back.

The Oath of Enlistment (for enlisted):
"I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God."

The Oath of Office (for officers):
"I, _____ (SSAN), having been appointed an officer in the _____ (Military Branch) of the United States, as indicated above in the grade of _____ do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign or domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office upon which I am about to enter; So help me God."

Treason or nah?

wondering how this applies since Trump's use would likely be to have the military assist in deportation:

"The Biden-Harris administration did issue DOD Directive 5420.01 on Sept. 27, 2024. The document does contain text explaining when some military assets may assist civilian law enforcement, including when such individuals are allowed to use lethal force."

I think the biden administration was preparing for another Jan 6th?

It’s interesting that Lib-Tards are anti 10th Amendment when a president is democrat but all about it when a republican becomes president. They only want States Rights when it allows them to defy a republican president but when they hold the presidency they squawk about the “Supremacy Clause” and expect the states to forget about their inherent rights and follow lockstep with the Fed.

When Arizona tried to enforce federal immigration law the Obama admin came down on them hard.

It will be interesting how this turns out for Cali when the Fed $$ is cut off. I don’t think Cali has much surplus state money anymore.

Abolish the 16th & 17th amendment, return taxation to the states and allow each state to be ‘Individual laboratories of democracy’.

Amendment X

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
It seems like Newsom supports the states rights granted by the 10th amendment (good!), he is just not so good about allowing the California state citizens to enjoy their rights (bad).

I really like this guy. So happy that the orange man bad means business!

I believe this time around is going to be what we expected from Trump the first term. I think he got snookered by an awful lot of people first term. Seems he's got a trusted circle he didn't have before. The only family member I wish he'd consider as having a role is Ivanka. She's sharp.

Simply awesome!! But, you know what the media is going to say - orange man bad hates kids and wants to make them dumb 🙄

For sure. I hope he just ignores all of the MSM & holds as many press conferences as Biden did - like 2 his whole term. Just ignore them altogether & Let the Press Secretary (Alex Jones anyone? 😂 ) deal with the day to day stuff. He can post directly to the people via social media.

He has the mandate to just get shit done.
