I cant understand why people kiss wayoflife's ass when he acts like a jerk!

Not for nothing...but...

I'm a new member of the community. I had the chance to read some pretty informing threads on technical builds and product comparison which made me think this was a good place to hang out and learn. I've recommended this site to at LEAST a dozen or so Jeep friends since I joined a few weeks ago...

If this is representative of that I can expect moving forward....

Well... let's just leave it at "second thoughts"

I KNOW I'm too old for BS.

Possible to lock this thread and move on to more important things? Like, what's the best Safari Top to buy going into Spring?

You are way too kind and I think you'd be sorely disappointed to know that we're short, middle-aged simple folk who just enjoy the Jeepin lifestyle. We are flattered by the Warren Miller comparison though as his films are what we strive to be like.

Being in the film industry I've seen so many movie, documentaries, indie films, short films and stuff with big budgets and what y'all do is so much better and more entertaining. I've always been a big fan of warren miller his videos always make you wanna get up and go hit the mountain. Your videos do the same exact thing, they make me wanna get off my butt pack up the jeep up and head out on adventure. Your narration skills and writing are top notch you have a great voice for it. And the editing is top of the line. Editing takes so much time and isn't easy to do they way y'all do. Keep up the good work man! Trust me I'd still be real excited and nervous to meet y'all.

I'm an old member of the community. Nothing surprises me. The internet brings out the worst in people. Guys who normally cry themselves to sleep in there mothers basement suddenly become hard ass when a computer is in the room.

I'm pretty sure I remember sending a welcome PM to you when you signed up but, welcome to WAYALIFE again!

Regarding "this" and you wondering if it's "representative" of what you can expect moving forward, I think you'll find here whatever it is you're looking for. There are plenty of threads concerning more important things like what's the best Safari Top to buy going into Spring and, if you look for it, you will find it. Or, if you start a thread on it, others can join in on the conversation and give you advice. If you choose to only focus your attention on threads like this, well, that's all you will see - it's your choice.

To that end, I will not lock this thread or even remove it. That is what we used to do in the past and that only allowed the trolls to go around the internet telling fairytales about how they were unfairly "banned" by me and for doing absolutely nothing. By leaving threads like this open and available for all to see/participate on (just like you have), people can see exactly what happened and come to their own conclusions.

If you are still having second thoughts, may I encourage you to embrace them and find another forum to spend more of your time on.

Well, again, thank you. You really are too kind.

Oh, you absolutely welcomed me, and for that I'm appreciative, particularly since you're the driving force behind "Wayalife". Your rationale makes sense regarding leaving the thread open and allowing people to comment. It's just disappointing to see that some people have nothing better to do than start shit.

As far as "focusing" on a thread like, this.. I made the silly mistake and looked at "new posts".. remind me not to do that anymore.. lol

My pleasure. Thank y'all for making the videos for us. If your ever in Texas for anything let me know. I'd love to suds n grub with y'all.

Well, we were just in San Angelo back in December to visit our son. I'm sure there will be other visits in the future

Well, I'm glad to hear it and appreciate your understanding. As far as "new posts" go, I typically steer clear of that and just focus my attention on the areas I like such as Tech, Show Off, Destinations and Beyond, etc. :yup:

Perfect! Now I know exactly where to troll when I want to start a fight with you for no reason, muhahaha:rolleyes:

I don't think anybody kisses Wayalife's ass here......He gives the Jeepers a place to hang, talk shit, and learn about our Jeeps. Nothing wrong with that!:D

When I first saw you in a video, I thought you were in your early 30s. I guess being Asian has its benefits. :D

:cheesy: You're too kind. I have a 21 year old son - I'm not as young as I may look.

Apologies in advance for the thread jack but I had to comment...
I saw you in the videos and I thought you were in your 30s too. Gives us all hope :D :D :clap2:

Well here are my reasons for kissing wayalife ass. I haven't even met him in person but he will be a friend of mine for life.

1. He is the nicest most helpful person , always willing to help when I have a question.

2. Runs the GREATEST forum off all time! With the nicest group of members/people I've ever been a part of on a forum. Thanks everyone for being so great. Love all y'all!

3. His and Cindy's videos that they so kindly share with everyone are amazing and to me are just as good as any Warren Millers ski movies. They are so well done and well planned and the amount of time they spend to make those videos for us. It's unreal what they do for the jeeping world.

4. He is responsible for me meeting so many new friends and amazing people and I know all the wayalifer so haven't met would be there for me if I needed anything.

And there are plenty of more reasons to kiss his ass. I'm just out of time. I appreciate everything he does and has done for me. If it wasn't for Eddie and wayalife I would have bought some crap lift and not been happy with it but because of this forum I have a badass rock devouring jeep!

Thanks Eddie and Cindy for everything! Y'all are amazing.

I also agree with this. This is the best site for jeep enthusiast. Thanks Eddie for Wayalife

One things I hate is forum drama and keyboard tough guys. I can't believe I got sucked into reading all those old posts. 30 minutes of my life I'll never get back. Damn
Hahaha
That being said. I really dig this forum and it's knowledgable members.
