Box is back with WTO. He thinks a seal dried out and ripped as I have had the box on the shelf and as a spare while wheeling for 4 years.

Talked to WTO today. They had to rebuild it. I have been carrying it around as a spare for 4 years and it had water and a ton of rust in it from condensation. I have had it in freezing temps on the Rubicon and 115 in Arizona over the years. And I was worried about the seals drying out over the years!
