How do I want to make my aluminum bits black?

I have bare aluminum fenders and bumpers on my Jeep. I like the ease of keeping them nice with a quick hit with a Scotchbrite pad, but I’m starting to want textured black. So what’s my best option for an easy to care for finish? Roll-on or spray-on bedliner? Wrinkle finish paint? Other?

I’m not going to spend big bucks for a Pro paint or powder coat job. I just want a quick and easy way that won’t take a lot of maintenance to keep nice-ish.

^^ This. I'd recommend cleaning with a good prep, using some self-etching primer, then spraying on the bedliner.

Just be aware that bedliner is hard to get dirt and mud out of if you're anal about how clean your Jeep looks.

I would highly recommend spending the extra dough on some good sand blasting along with powder coating. If your gonna spend the time to remove your bumpers and fenders do it right. Texture or spray paint won't look good for long!

I've used this in the past. Shit really sticks and doesn't fade overtime. They put the activator in it before they send it out and you have about a month to use it. I would contact them before ordering, you need rollers and primer when going on metal. It's a roll on.
