Hinrichs build

what a throwback....no sliders or side armor, bushwackers, walker evans, no spare lol, and those SFZ doors.....oh and Lane was even there lol

For sure, if I hadn't scoured your entire build thread I wouldn't have known it was you. But a 6spd 2 door with mods like yours isn't so common. That video made me think I'm gonna need lockers. Do you remember which trail that was?

WOW that is a throwback! that was a great day! you stil had your teraflex 2.5" lift and just recent put the 37's and walkers on

that was coming out of lake christy on the south property. the lake has a bunch of different off shoots out. this is the most common way out because it has an easy side and a hard side. the latter is the one hinrich took. it is always changing

Good deal, if I end up running that trail next month I'll try it. I'm open in the front and have a lsd in the back. Really getting excited.

Def an old vid, amazing what comes up on YouTube when you search "wayalife rausch creek" the guy who posted this has six more vids but all the other ones are really short.

yea he is a great guy. name is nubs mcgee here on the forum. there are a few others. one i believe is of me doing the same climb as hinrich right before him.
 
I should note with my gearing...I tend to stall a lot on stuff like that anymore. I think that's right after I got my 37s actually.

I'm sure I'll be stalling all day with my 35s and 3.73 ratio.
 
Still no cage parts, and no tracking info like usual from Northridge

Taking the jeep to the body shop on Wednesday however, hope that it doesn't turn into a nightmare and they get it done in the 3 day like it should take (not that I really care since I don't really drive it anymore and annoyed with it) but still don't like when its not at my house.

Going to really start going through all the extra crap laying around from the build like the bushwackers and the trektop and start to sell the stuff to clean up my house.

Didn't you order that like two or three weeks ago?
 
rear cage section showed up today, can't wait to get it installed next week after the jeeps back from the body shop, wish I could have them paint the cage white
 
Jeeps at the body shop, didn't think it was going to make it however. Whatever bearing is going bad got a lot worse today and screamed the whole way down, and then stopped right before the shop so going to have them look at it hopefully cuz I don't wanna drive it back unless I grab a trailer for it.

When I figure out how I'll post a video

Here is the video of the whine Jim has. It's really strange. Hard to tell if it's a front or rear bearing or something in the transmission.
