Hinrichs build

some parts theres some mud which really depends on if there was rain the week before id think, then there is rock gardens and other id say just trails that are mixed. Really depends on which part of the property you are on.

Yes, in a few places

Cool. I am looking forward to it. I was under the jeep yesterday changing the diff covers and was surprised how much mud I missed from a wheeling trip last year. I always hate the clean-up after a super muddy trip

So remember to wash out our under side after

I always do. I even set the yard sprinkler underneath and let it soak for a while and then laid under and power-washed. I swear that shit actually multiplied over the winter.

The good news is that crawling around under there yesterday convinced me that there isn't much I couldn't fix if I had to. It also made me keenly aware of the need for armor.

finally had a chance to check prices on the 37 nittos....377 ea which isnt bad at all....i think toyos are cheaper but not sure if i want to run a wider tire yet or an e rated tire

Discount tire is more expensive. I just pulled a quote from them and they were $429 Each. They also want $50/tire for TPMS rebuild.

I searched the net and there was one place in Cali. that had them for like $319 but you had to pick them up. Kind of hard to do that since I live in TX.

So the price you were quoted is actually pretty low! I ended up going to my local guy and still come out a little lower than discount tire.

Yeah local place to me, they usually quote mounted and balanced, and I tried to get them lower but they said the balance is more than mounting since they are big so 377 would be per tire balanced which still isnt bad at all. Just need to make up my mind and order them.

Ordering the 37s tomorrow so I think Ill be cutting the pinch seam tonight hopefully. My tire guy said he can get the tires next day so if everything works out and I can get them home somehow Ill be starting to mount everything up that night. Itll be a long one but worth it.

after this weekend with them performing flawlessly and not slipping much at all even on the slick rock bed of one of the blue trails on the west property, I am sold on them.

Oh yeah also ordered a Trektop NX as well, hopefully it ships fast sick of this oem top anymore. Also had the halfs on just about all last week and yesterday...so much better on the trails.

Can you get the replacement certificates with your local store? Those are invaluable. Got them on my current 37" nitto trail grapplers and the 35" GY Wrangler MTR Ks I had on my last rig. Replacement certs for all 5 tires costs about 1/2 the amount for another tire, so if you blow one tire it more than pays for itself. Blew an MTR on the last rig and made up my money on the certs twofold.

Can't wait to see the 37s!! is there some sort of center cap for the wheels?

I think you can, Ill have to call them direct or one of the sponsors that sells them.

I will have to look into this today when I go pay for the tires.

Forgot to ask about the tire warranty thing, but did get them ordered today at least. Also valve stems in the wheels so if they show up tomorrow I can start the slow process on mounting them up. Trektop says delivery thursday so If its nice friday Ill be installing that as well.
