High Tide suspension

If I get this shocks installed on my oem suspension
Would I get any benefit. I know they are pricey but you get what you pay for.

Fox 2.5 Performance Elite Series, DSC, 0-1.5″ Lift​

They might help smooth out the tiny bumps in the road in NYC. Could be 5% better!
