High steer with ultimate dana 60.

So where could i send the knuckles out to get the drivers side drilled and get both fitted with new high steer arms?

You'd likely have to have a competent offroad shop do this for you. That I do not know. I know that it's best to mill the flat top of the knuckle, to ensure that it is true my flat, then drill the holes.
