Update. Feather Falls casino in Oroville.

Courtyard Marriott is nice. Right near skyway. Straight shot up the hill.

There's a decent Comfort Inn in Paradise. It's probably where I would stay if I could make this trip. The Oxford Suites in Chico are where I would go otherwise.
