Damn I was going to go to this until I read this! I fought the traffic last night going to san diego and I KNOW the 15 thru the IE and over the pass is brutal! :grayno:

Yeah Friday traffic is no fun. If you are gong to try and make it a suggestion may be taking the 10 east to the 215 north. It'll be a bit longer mileage wise but prob quicker time wise. It gets slow on the 15 north from about Foothill Blvd/4th St. to the 15/215 split then opens up after that. Or you can just go home from work sick at noon and head up early cause their Oktoberfest celebration begins at 3pm...haha. I'm going to try and hold future High Desert S&G's on Thursdays so traffic should be lighter.

Thanks to everyone that was able to make it out. It was good to see some familiar faces. Ducky I was told I missed you by about 5 mins. Hope you had a good time and look forward to catching you at the next one. I know Fridays are not the best day, especially because of Vegas traffic on I-15, and this posed problems for some as I would not want to sit in traffic after work either. I'm hoping to hold monthly High Desert S&G but will shoot for Thursday evenings as traffic typically is much lighter. Hope everyone had a good time and I look forward to seeing you at the next one. Eddie, you and Cindy are going to have to make it out one of these nights. Thanks again for sending the e-mail out helping to spread the word.
