Corners are almost done. My buddy modified my old AEV corners. I will be picking up a sheet of steel to add on and make full corner/side
armor and tube flairs.

Finally had a day to mount up the 40" Trepador tires. I might have my axles sold if so the 60s are going under soon.

Beautiful!! Saw some pics of your jeep on ocjw and been keeping an open eye to more specs on your jeep. How much bump stop were you running back in the day when you first had the 37's and 40's while rocking the stock springs?

I was running about 3" bump stops not much up travel.

Picked up a rear dana 60 out of a 2000 E350 van and a front dana 60 out of a 1997 ford F-350
Ordered a bunch of parts today. Artec front truss system , ARB air lockers front and rear , gears with install kits , blue torch fab fear truss, ball joints, calipers rotors and pads.

damn seems like you are able to tuck alot more than i am and im running 3.5 springs with 3in stops, crazy.......
 
Got started on the front Dana 60 and some parts came in today. I'm just waiting on the front Artec truss kit and the BTF rear truss system. I am hoping to start burning the truss on beginning of next week then off to get the gears and lockers installed.
I am trading my 40" Trepadors for a set of 42" pitbull rockers.
