So the 84’ it’s more accurately a 94’ wearing 84 grill.

rotten frame. Rotten body mounts. Transmission grinding, and wrong springs. (Previous owner put cj springs on and didn’t realize it needed 94 springs).

So for some reason I’m all in on this frame swab adventure.
I’m on the rebuild now. I’m at the point of new fuel pump and putting in the gas tank.
Drivetrain is mostly back in.
Then maybe work on those rotten body mounts.

the phots you can see the frame cracks and the bent spring bolts as well as the washers placed to adjust for the wrong springs.

I wanted a project, and I got it.

(obviously I don’t know exactly what I’m doing, just winging it).
