Yea, them monster bows hit like bass and would be exciting on a fly rig. Once it starts warming up it's pretty barren out there and the bugs can hit nightmare levels. I camped there once in a warm April and was a bit miserable. I've caught some nice wild Rainbows at Angel Lake not too far from there also but that was way back in the day, they stock it now so I'm not sure if there's any wild fish left. Sorry OP, I'll stop derailing your thread now.With only a few exceptions, I’m catch and release on all trout…I also hear there are a few decent tigers, and 20”+ bows. I’d like to incorporate Ruby Marsh into a 7-10 day long camp/road trip up into Dutch John UT & SW Wyoming…
