Thanks for the add!!

I own a 2018 Ford Raptor. I've never owned a jeep. Just admired them from afar. Then about a month ago I went to a family reunion in Colorado and my brother in law had a 1997 Wrangler. He let me horse beat this thing all over the Northern Colorado mountainside and I fell in love with it. I couldn't believe how capable and tough it was. Nothing special mind you. Mostly stock. But I was sold.

So I came back to dallas and started going down the Jeep wormhole and came across Eddie's channel. WOW !!!! My wife stares at me while I watch Eddie explain to me how to change a driveline, or put a lift kit on. I'm completely addicted.

I'm not selling my Raptor. I love it. But I am doing all the research I can on Jeeps to see what I'm going to buy and how I'd like to build it. I can't wait. I look forward to spending time on this forum and learning from all of you.
 
Ok gang..... as you can tell from my pics below..... I took the plunge. I bought my first Jeep !!! I couldn't be more excited. I jumped in head first and bought a Clayton 3.5 inch lift kit, with Falcon 3.3 shocks, Currie tie rod and drag link. I added the 37" Mickey Thompsons, and Fuel Wheels, Badlands winch, a pair of Baja Designs LP6's and LP4's. LOD signature series rock sliders.

Still to come are some backup lights (already ordered), and a roof rack.
