A few of us went riding in Osceola National Forest today! First picture is the morning meetup at about 10, the second picture is the stop at the parts store at about 4:30. One of the JKs needed a new fan, and one of the TJs needed some adjustment to slave cylinder. All in all, it was a great day with JeepFamily! Hope everyone had a wonderful 4th!

Went to the powwow last night for a bit.





Got naked, attached the flag, drove the town before the parade for the powwow. Went to my grandmas for lunch and to celebrate my dad's birthday.



Cookin some calf fries for dinner. Enjoyin some beers. Goin back to town this evening to watch the fireworks.

Had a great family picnic this morning and now am hanging out at the local lake with our friends waiting for fireworks and listening to some great cover bands.

Did a PR with the fire station. The misses and Zero tagged along (her idea for the helmet and bow). Working as the dept Fire Marshal for the rest of the weekend (and for past week). Also did some house work.

Took my three oldest kiddos (ages 7, 9 & 14) on an 11 mile hike up to Emory Peak (summit 8000 ft) in Big Bend National Park. This was the highest they've hiked and there is about a 50 ft straight up scramble to get to the summit. I'm a proud papa! Nearly everyone I passed wished us a "Happy 4th". I enjoyed that as well!
