We put some radishes in after we pulled our potatoes but have been so busy with the house we kind of neglected the garden. But wife picked a few yesterday.

A few onions. I didn’t get as many as last year. And they didn’t really develop bulbs. I think I transplanted them out a bit late.

Butternut squash is not quite ready. I hope they and the pumpkin mature before the first frost.

Cabbage are starting to form heads
And Brussels sprouts are just starting. Not sure if they have enough time to develop. This is the first time I’ve tried growing them and I think I started them a little late.

Those Brussels sprouts should be able to survive a mild frost or freeze though I’d probably try and cover them if there’s any frost warning in the forecast just to be on the safer side.

Really need to get back to the big garden again this year. Looking on marketplace for a 5' 3-point rototiller for the tractor so I can do all my own tilling & mixing in old compost. Seed catalog just got here. Kind of a pain to have to buy it but I prefer to leaf through catalogs for some things instead of trying to flip through a website and this one is very well done. I used to buy exclusively from these guys and always found their quality to be excellent. Plus it's all non-GMO & heirloom seeds.

Homegrown tomatoes and green beans just can't be beat. The rest of the other crops are great too but these two have always been my favorites.
Having my own tiller will really come in handy. My farmer neighbor has a big 8' mechanical spaeder that I have him till our garden with but it's so damn big that it kind of makes a mess that I end up having to spend hours cleaning up and evening out. For production farm work it's great but small work it's just overkill & leaves a mess on a small plot. .

I've been buying a lot from MIGardener lately and I think Eddie and Cindy have too. Baker Creek is good and I like all the off the wall varieties they have too.
Speaking of, I need to get my garlic in the ground.
