Front & Rear Comp Cut JKU LCG Build

Hey team, I'll start putting more updates in here as times goes on.
This is my JKU that I've been slowly converting to a full comp cut conversion.
This first photo is her w/ 37's on a 1.5" lift w/ a shot of the comp cut front fenders.
Second photo is her on 40's w/ a 2" lift & in the middle of being painted.

The comp cut really helps w/ tire clearance when choosing a small lift but it makes the tires look smaller.
But more over, I'm into LCG builds instead of height for my type of wheeling.
The goal is 44's & 3" of lift once the coilovers are ordered & I get 72"WMS axles made.

Ironically, I haven't broken the dana 30 up front..... yet & she's been through heavy 22" wheels on 37's and now 40's on 20" wheels.
Crane 14bolts front & rear have been ordered. Once they get here I'm sure I'll have a day where we put the dana 30 through some bad stuff & I am sure she'll break then. Been 3 years on this setup and the d30 hasn't broken. Pretty surprised but I also choose easy lines. If I can't get up I have no problem turning around & heading back to camp.
I think pride kills dana 30's more than anything else.

Admittedly, I haven't gotten in any mud past the bottom of the door.
I would imagine that if I were to bury her pretty good the fender could rip off or crinkle from the mud in the fender compacting & trying to get out. Ideally, I will weld something to close off the front fenders.
The rears however, are good to go. I have fully sealed them so they have no issues w/ mud.
I'll attach a photo showing you what I mean.
Below is a bit of the process from welding. After welding a drilled a hole in the interior inner fender just big enough to add expanding foam.
I did this for:
1) add insulation for when I camp inside the Jeep
2) reduce road noise
3) see where my welds may have missed so I may add trim sealer, sand, & then finally I will paint (probably next week)

I was thinking more about how much mud accumulates on the side of the Jeep due to not really having any fenders any more.

O yes, ha. There's a lot of mud that gets thrown about the sides. Snow isn't so bad though.
