They told us that EV’s cost way more to produce than they are selling for and that the higher cost of EV’s is rolled into internal combustion engines vehicles prices. They also said that the EV push is being forced by the governments.
Interestingly they thought that modern diesel was the way to go and that superior power and better fuel economy was achievable with diesel. Last time we visited them roughly 60 percent of the cars on the road were diesel.
They also want a Trump for Germany.
