Caught the Bug
So, Christmas Eve I was driving home. Then in the distance there was a faint glow from afar....
As I closed in on the light I noticed there was movement coming from the area. I approached the
Site and behold, there were eight reindeer stuck in the ditch!!! And hooked to the reindeer was a huge re sled.
I hollered out to the sleigh (Hello).... And it kinda startled me when a jolly little man all dressed in red hollered back.
I knew immediately who this was and that he was in need of help. So with a mighty pull from my trusty gladly I had him on has way.
And when I awoke the next more there was a token of his appreciation under my tree!!!!
And a not that said....
Merry Christmas to all and to all.. Happy 4 Wheelin!!!

Did you also get the plug and play harness? OEM LEDs? Lots of horror stories out there but for the cost of course folks are going to complain if they have problems.
I bought mine on the initial release when Oracle offered the Gladiator forum special. Got nineteen months of flawless use before my first issue arose. Called Oracle, they had me send a couple pics and video, three days later I had the replacement.
They look awesome, perform well, and don’t get snagged on trees or rocks.
Their OEM bumper reverse light replacements are hella bright if you’re in the market for them.👍
 
I did receive all harnesses needed although I will not need them because I have the LED lighting upgrade.
Oh and the bumper reverse lights are in the future!
 
I really like the Oracle tail lights and have them on my Gladiator. They are the best looking tail lights for the Gladiator.....but they keep BREAKING (stop working) Oracle has been very good about replacing them so far (3 of them) how many times is this going to happen? They keep saying they had a bad batch, but it's been over a year, something is wrong with that product

I'm really appreciate you posting this up. Most people I've talked to about them have been fanboys and they just can't say enough about how awesome they are but when you press them on issues like this, they'll admit they've had problems and that just bugs me. I'm definitely interested in them but just want the truth about what I'd be up against. Anyway, thank you for your honesty.

I'm going to keep my fingers crossed in hopes ours will last. I never cared for the goggle eyed looking stock tails.
 
I got a set last year at Christmas.... they are still going fine. But a year isn't that long. But I didn't have the led light package or sensors or anything... the other thing I did was when installing I put a blob of silicone around the back of the connections where the wires come out... Just thinking as dirty as it is where they mount maybe keeping water and dirt out of the connections might help them last longer. I do like how brite they are in reverse! It really lights things up. But I've seen many people have issues... so there is still at lot for them to prove.

Did you or would you sell your OEM LED tails? My Rubicon came with the lowly non LED lighting group. (I have a Tazer
for any needed settings)

I’m confused as to why you’d answer on someone else’s behalf. I was asking @DFanning as I was curious if he retained his OEM taillights.

I’d also run Oracle flush mounts, but a few local friends have had too many issues with a couple of their products. They do look really good compared to the obstacle magnet stock taillights.

I see Bob’s name on a ton of threads here. I’ve been lurking this forum for quite a while. Members such as himself, aka gatekeepers, are why I typically don’t post in these kinds of forums. There is also a wealth of knowledge on the Gladiator forums, which he bashed. Even calling it “gay.” 🤣🤣🤣

Bob is hardly a gatekeeper here. He is an idiot. You also seem like a softy. Especially if this is your response having been "lurking this forum for quite a while" as you said.

Also if that other site is so great, why come here?
