FIRE EXTINGUISHER Mounts for JL & JT

I was looking at those as well. Does it rattle? I am thinking about putting mine on the rear cage/C pillar by the rear drivers side door in the Gladiator. I have my fridge on a platform where the 40% seat used to be, so no need to worry about someone hitting their head on it.
It did rattle, but I added a little cloth tape where the metal pieces meet and it is quiet now. Here is what it looks like mounted.

I made a simple metal strip the u can bolt to seat rail mounts. Then mount extinguisher bracket to the mount.
I carry the smaller extinguisher for clearance. Have one on each side.

Standard size extinguisher fits there on jk because more clearance between seat rail and door.

From what I have seen, even with the biggest and the best fire extinguisher, you can only really put out a fire that's small and really, just starting. Anything big and hot, you're kind of screwed.
Yes, this is so. When I asked why we only carried 2.5 lb extinguishers on our aircraft, I was told they were only needed to get people out. The insurance will take care of the aircraft.

As others have posted, mine is on the rear roll bar. Being I have a soft top, access isn’t as inconvenient if it were to be hard top. On my JK I was able to squeeze one next to driver seat, but like you’ve noted, space is too tight there now. Would be nice to have one in main cabin.
