Well I would hope it's free LOL!!

Not gonna lie, I really hate feeling pressured to do this under pain of punishment especially when I've done nothing wrong. All of this just feels so wrong.
 
This whole thing feels like the jab bullshit and how you couldn't fly if you didn't have it or could lose your job or other fuckery like that. Did we vote for this new law or how the hell did it come to be? None of this feels right.

Maybe that's what the 80k new armed IRS agents are for.

It was snuck in back in 2020 and most of the dumb tired old congress fuckers probably didn't even read it.
 
I totally agree, and the worst part is it’s like it’s set up for a fine money grab situation because every entity that we register with has the ability to send a letter or email. Total crap

Yea I saw this on their site, I just retorted anyway cause I didn’t really care that much and figured they wouldn’t notify me like the first time around if something changed lol. With that said I’m very much looking fwd to regulation slowly disappearing lol
 
Well judging by what I'm seeing here until the courts rule I don't need to file, but could have to if they keep the law in place. Considering I'm small fish (sole proprietor under an FBN with no employees) and don't have an accountant I'll use this thread to keep me updated as to if I have to file or not. Seeing how I probably won't receive any type of notice...haha.
 
Yeah, it’s stayed right now, but I wouldn’t put it past the government to fine you retroactively when the law suit fails and you didn’t file before the deadline. You know they will do it. Kinda like tax extensions, you can file on a later date, but you’re still on the hook for what’s owed on the 15th plus penalties.

Makes it seem like I should dissolve my business and operate like most road side taco stands do...haha
