Peanut Butter. rub them with a thin coat of peanut butter and rinse them so the dogs don't eat you fenders. keeps the fenders nice much longer than any of the expensive brand name products.
I have never done this.... so I cant tell you how well it works or for how long it will last before it will fade again.
